1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 5–7 working days depending on your location.
2. Which courier partners do you use?
We use trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Bluedart, DTDC and others depending on your pincode.
3. How do I track my shipment?
You will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp message with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
4. Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping may be available for certain locations. Options will appear during checkout if eligible.
5. What if my package is delayed?
Courier delays can happen due to weather, operational issues, or high-volume periods. Contact us if the delay exceeds 7 working days.
6. What if my package arrives damaged?
Please take a parcel opening video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you immediately.
7. Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes are possible only if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact support immediately.
8. What happens if I am not available during delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery multiple times. If the order returns to us, re-delivery or refund deductions may apply.
